Warranty

The Hooker Tackle Company warrants its products from manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase for retail consumers who purchase product from authorized Hooker Tackle dealers.  Repair or replacement of the defective product will be at the sole discretion of the Hooker Tackle Company.  The warranty is voided if any of the following has occurred:

• The product has been altered from  its manufactured state in any manner

• Additional coatings have been applied to any part of the product

• The product has been abused or used in a manner in which damage or failure could reasonably be expected to result

Consumers with warranty claims should use the following procedure:

Contact the Company at (614) 899-9313 or by e-mail at hookerbait@juno.com to receive authorization for warranty return.  Once approved, return the product by mail to the address given through authorization along with the original or photocopy of the bill of sale with legible date of purchase.  Do not send COD.  We will pay the cost of shipping to return repaired or replaced product to you.

We will do our best to return the color and style of product to you that you originally purchased, however, there is a chance that this may not be possible due to the changes in colors currently offered or modifications made to existing product lines.  In this case we will replace the warranted product with the closest available product of equal or greater value.

Dealers are to direct all request by consumers for repair or replacement to the Hooker Tackle Company.
